this is a collection of one-hour challenges I finished in 2021 (all on battleofthebits.org). I did about 100-ish last year, and this a lil' showcase of 10 of them that got gold in their respective battles. the average track length is just over a minute or so - I think this should make for a fun, casual listening experience :)

i did touch these up outside of the initial "one hour" window for this release, but to try and keep the spirit of the challenge in tact, I spent a maximum of 1-2 additional hours, with most only getting an extra hour-ish of work (and some got zero extra work if I thought they sounded good as is!)

i also kept the original track names, which, without fail, is something i would frantically spend ~5 seconds on right before the deadline hit.

each track description includes info about the original prompt (including who hosted the battle & wrote the prompt) along with a link to the battle of the bits submission page so you can check out some of the other tunes :)
